One Response to “foie gras mousse and potato scone amuse bouche”
We (my wife and myself) will be on tour in Alberta and B.C. for three weeks. During this tour we stay three nights in Banff (from 22 till 25 August next). I am trying to find out where to go for food. We will never eat burgers and with regard to meals, in general, I see at menus that meals are very copious.
We are both not much of an eater and I wonder whether it is possible in a restaurant to choose less big meals.
What I don’t see so much either, are salmon meals, though B.C. has probably world’s biggest fishing harbours for salmon.
If you can send me a bit more information about compositions of a dinner, together with prices, then I will appreciate this.

Will we meet in a few weeks? Why not?
Best regards from Belgium.
