		<description>Tiger-  actually, the recipe attached to the article can be made vegetarian.  The panchetta listed was simply a garnish, so omit that. The only other call for a non vegetarian item was the stock, which is listed "chicken or vegetable".  Enjoy</description>

As I know nitrogen is still liquid at this temperature...
