		<description>I know it doesn't say so, but I pulled the chicken quarters off the body, leaving wing and leg bones intact, and used the bodies to make the chicken stock.</description>

		<description>I don't see why halving the recipe wouldn't work.  As for chickens, I use what ever organic free range chickens are available to me, usually the rockies or rosies at whole foods.</description>
