		<description>I accidentally deleted a comment here, sorry to whom ever it was. But in response, I don't know if we charge for hot  water with lemon.  We don't charge for tap water, so I can't see why we would charge for hot tap water.  But I have no control over that part of the business.  In the perfect restaurant that lives inside my head, there would be no charge.  

But let me ask you this, do you factor beverages you don't have to pay for into your tip?</description>
