		<description>I just got back from Israel and ate in Abu Ghosh. I think it's safe to say that I've never eaten food like that in my life. You can tell when you're in the presence of people who know exactly what they're doing when it comes to making food. We had probably the richest labneh (a yogurt type dish) ever. You feel like you're high when you eat the chummus there, and because of that, you just leave feeling happier than you did when you walked in. If a restaurant can do that to you, that's awesome.
