Top Chef

It’s no secret to those around me, I am hooked on Top Chef.

This season I have been invited by Leslie Seaton a writer for Buddy TV to comment on each episode for their website.  It was particularly fun this week as Wylie was the guest judge.

“Once again, Dana Cree, pastry chef at Seattle’s Veil restaurant, took some time out to chat with us about the most recent episode of Top Chef 4. It was an especially great episode to talk about with Dana, since she’s actually completed an internship at WD-50, the restaurant of this episode’s guest judge and chef Wylie Dufresne.”

  1. I really think there needs to be a communal chef bloggers blog dedicated to talking about Top Chef. I find it interesting what they choose to edit out, keep in and what parts of our industry they choose to highlight, or not.

Also, if we had such a blog, I would hope that we have a few little battles because it would be so amazing to hear various chefs with their own personal experience opinions… great to see your voice spreading far & wide!

Yes. It is better to keep and add more function to this blog. This is one of the place to upgrade cooking skill.

  3. Thanks for the link, great article. I agree with Shuna’s comment about chef bloggers discussing Top Chef. It would be an interesting read to hear from the professionals point of view.
