I find it interesting what they choose to edit out, keep in and what parts of our industry they choose to highlight, or not. Also, if we had such a blog, I would hope that we have a few little battles because it would be so amazing to hear various chefs with their own personal experience opinions... great to see your voice spreading far & wide!
