		<description>So is queso fresco the same as ricotta? I already make that homemade and the only diference is that I use a tablespoon of vinager instead of the lemon juice. Or is that the diferance?

		<description>I understand that pull for something that tastes like summer.  I keep being out of town and missing my regular market (also the U-District one), but at Columbia City last weekend I bought one of the few pints of tiny strawberries.  An eager shopper, hungry for summer, came up to me, asking wild-eyed where I&#039;d found them.  We&#039;re all ready to catch up to the rest of the country with the summer they&#039;ve been enjoying.
