• I am sure glad you can get ‘toffee bits’ where you live, because neither of our stores carry it, and one of them is Walmart. I have a cake recipe which I got all the ingredients for, which included two cartons of sour cream and an 8 oz. of cool whip. So, I am left with them, because of no brickle bits. Otherwise, your cookies sound delicious. Good baking.
