It will be my last, but I don’t think it was their fault – that stuff is just nasty to me. I tried, but just couldn’t get down more than a few bites. But I’ve had a kung pao tofu dish there that was very good.

I think my favorite thing about Chiang’s is the variety. I know of few places that can do a dish like Chong Qing Hot Chicken and some of the braised dishes that I also love. I know of few places that can do both very well.

Authentic to the region? maybe not, but great for an eater who loves diversity.
