Naan-N-Curry, Renton, Washington

Despite the bunch of Indian restaurants in metro Seattle, finding a good one is harder than you might imagine. The only reason it took me so long to try is because it’s located 20 minutes south of Seattle in Renton. The distance will no longer dissuade me as I the savory crispy hot Chicken Pakora was the best I’d ever had.

  1. Good Indian food is a joy. Average Indian food is a bunch of dark colored mush. My husband is originally from India – and I never ate Indian cuisine until I met him. In the 13 years since I’ve been to a lot of Indian buffets and restaurants. I just learned to appreciate his homemade Indian cooking. His Chicken Curry is to die for.

We have been going to Nann and Curry for years. This place RULES!!! We ate at Tabla in New York City a few years back. Nothing on this place. And it was triple the price! If you are lucky the owner will call you “TIGER”. He RULES too!!!
